same colour as mine, and yes, the dealership would be your best bet, or someone that has access to the factory colour paints. I can't recall exactly how much, but i'm pretty sure it was under $40 for the bottle.

go to the dealership and get it, or if you want more than just touch up.. (say, you have some body parts or aftermarket parts that need to be painted) and would it it in a spray can, then read this thread:

sitn2low, should be have some in stock, and if not, i'm sure it wouldn't be to much a wait to get it in. I'll swing by after work, as it's just around the corner from my house and let you know if they have any.
Also, thanks for the thread link Justine, I'm pretty sure that place will come in handy.

I noticed you're in Brantford, see if there's a CarQuest near you (it's a chain store). The one here in Oakville mixes up paint and sells them in spray cans just like Cawthra Automotive.

swung by Budd's after work, and what do you know, the parts counter closes at 5:30 (got there at 6). They may have some, they may not, you might want to give them a call, or try a few other places and see if they can mix the paint for you. Just remember to test for color match before you go crazy spraying your car

I'll be visiting Cawthra tomorrow or the next day to see how well they can match the gunmetal paint on my rims so I can blackout the centres too... I'll post back my review on them as well.

You can try buying your own touch up pen from these guys.
http://www.autovisuals.com/

A lot of people on e46toronto and e46fanatics seem to use these. I have an estoril blue pen and it's pretty much an exact match.
