I do.

The cutoff is still there, I can see it perfectly on bumpers in front of me. But they still shoot some reflected light upwards. Not horrible at all, but they're not ellips either.

Wannabe3, i was just looking at that link to california road laws, i have never seen such anal retention. i was laughing so hard. Its nowhere near that bad here.

...smiley ellipsoids (with wipers...that's a personal thing, geeky perhaps, but I like it) as for bulbs, look at a Hella catalogue, I got some really nice replacement bulbs from them (55W, low/100W high)
