How to fix mass air flow sensor?

My 320i sometimes jerk when accelerating and rpm wont go over at some point (mostly 4500-5500rpm) and dies at idel..but idel speed is good, although those are not happen alot and even no engine light show.

so i replaced my fuel fiter 2 days ago but the problem remains so right now i'm guessing my MAF sensor and i've heard you can fix this thing easily...but how?

Problem sounds like some sensor but my inspection says my Guibo is bad can this cause the problem i have?
