question about pullys and SC's

friend of mine is trying to figure out if its possible to the run underdrive pullies (which i have for sale in the for sale section still for sale btw ) with his rotrex supercharger? apparently the company says that it will throw off the speed of the blower and will be a negative affect on the boost. but i was always under the impression that with pullies on a normal setup the speed of the belt, and the crank is always the same regardless to what the accessories are driven at. is this true? will pullies cause the blower to run at a differnt rpm?

thanks
and my friend says thanks

It WILL NOT affect the blower at all. What would affect the blower is if you were using a crank pulley. But the pullies you have are fine.

All he needs to do is get the length of the belt that came with the pullies, subtract it from the length of a stock belt, and add that to the length of the blower belt. Then go out and buy a belt with that (or near) length.
