Help..Welding

I need someone to help me weld some new metal in between the wheel well and the metal the ABS unit sits in the engine bay. the weld there has rusted out and i don't want it going any furthur. if someone could come by my house in Unionville and take a look at it with me. maybe give me some advice and help with it I would appreciate it. also suggestions where i should take it would be good. I don't have any welders or materials. I'm pretty sure it would be straight forward though since I have the car on jacks and the seem is accessable from the wheel well and the the ABS has been removed

I think it would help if you could take a picture of it. Gives people a clear picture of what you're asking.

Good luck. I need some welding job on my car too...but much more detailed and difficult than yours.
