Trouble with idle

Can anybody help? I have a 1994 BMW 318is. Recently, after the vehicle is warm, if I turn it off, then have to turn it back on when it is still warm, it will not idle. If I manage to use both feet, one on gas, other on brake, and get up to 15 mph or so, it will begin to idle normally. Wierd problem, any Ideas?
