thats amazing........i wanna actually wanna be there to hear it pass by it sounded liek a rocket.......no point of needing these in toronto, there should be a line goin across canada....u could go to vancouver in a couple hours no prob on the ground. are they done the testing with this train? oh and i heard the germans want a line too...guess that autobahn isnt fast enuff for them anymore........

Ya, it dosn't touch the rails at any point so to stop it they just reverse the magnetic current on the upcomming section of the track. Dosn't take long to stop I imaginie.

graham, although im sure you're asking the ticket price, i think the marvel of this technology is that going faster isn't necessarily more expensive

Yes I was referring to the ticket price, and you are right , its a remarkable step in dare I say it high velocity human transport , high speed traveling need not be more expensive , but if one remembers the cost of flying on the Concord I wonder how many will be willing to pay what ever the price to ride on this rocket?
