recommendations on Diff fluid
1988 325is 5 speed getrag 260 whats the best diff fluid for it here in the GTA

well...i'm pretty sure you can atleast.
if you have a lsd i think you need to make sure it says its safe for lsd diffs i think. not too sure. double check someone please?

soo redline huh.. any tips on who has good prices?
there is no way crappy tire has this..where can i find it in the GTA thanks for the respones by the way..
oh on another note..had my floors welded by charlie and treated them with
por 15... unreal stuff that is..would recommend that stuff to anyone. got it online from http://www.canada-por15.com great service and they are in grimsby shipping was next morning..

how often does the diff. fluid need to be filled?? what are the symptoms of fluid needing to be replaced.

Every year is good measure. There shouldn't be any symptoms of it needing to be replaced, it's a maintenance item; if you get any bad feedback it's already too late (like motor oil, or any other fluid).
