My Baby Is Hurt

I know this is a dumb question, but im a perfectionist and i hate when things r wrong with my car. So i was driving home today and i noticed that the check engine light came on. I drive my car spiritedly from time to time but not lately. So when i started it up today i noticed that it took just a little bit longer for the engine to start. It turned over a little bit longer than usual, and has ever since the check engine light came on. I know its probly nothing major, but i know most of u r like i am and anytime you see that light come on yur eyes get all big and you start freakin out. So any ideas what could make my car take longer to start up, with no other noticable signs of trouble with anything else?

Thanks in advance

If you are a perfectionist then dont drive a bmw.

Seriously if that's your only problem then you dont have a problem lol that's normal once in a while.

Have someone scan it for you n tell u wat the code is. it can be anything from a misfire to a bad sensor.
