among other things one of the reasons the Americans had major problems with the Vietnam war along with the jungle terrain is that damn gun. The AK would survive through rain and mud and still shoot reliably while the M16 would jam alot causing alot of American soldiers to die at the hands of a more reliable weapon.

The M16 was more like an accurate rifle where it was useless in close quarters so accuracy wasnt as much as a factor even though the AK was no where near as an accurate shooter.

The other advantage the AK had was when the GI's would hide for cover behind thick trees those bullets from the AK would rip right through like butter while the M16 would be stopped.

A very fearful weapon that has killed more than any other gun in the world.

The difference is I'm not going to go around killing people, I simply want to collect them.

My best friends brother in law has a desert eagle .50. ****ing hand cannon. He also has a Magnum (.57 IIRC, Dirty harry style) that's another hand cannon. He's a gun collector BTW, owns quite a few vintage guns that they don't produce ammo for anymore, so he makes his own. He also modifies guns. Don't make enemies with someone like that :S
