Is this all season tires ?

Definately not an all season. No sipes in the tread blocks.

The look like BFGoodrich G-Force KD's to me.

Those are Continental Contisport Contacts. Hilariously bad in snow/ice, I've tried.

Yes, I can identify tires by tread. No, it's not normal.

You really need a snow tire on a 3 Series in Toronto. I wouldn't think an all season tire would cut it.

Just look for M/S on the sidewall that means all season. Yes I would suggest not trying to drive on those in th snow Contisports suck in everything but absolute dry.
