art program freaks come in (Gamite)

im in need of a program that i can make and design cards flyers etc... i know word does that but not as good, i need one thats totally dedicated to it and offers more. anyone? let me know

Quark or Adobe InDesign. I prefer Quark for print, InDesign for everything else.

To make card designs / flyers you want something vector based. Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, are the two most user friendly.

well this is for my fiance and shes about to start her own business and she needs to be able to make flyers. so she needs a program with like premade templates borders pictures etc...

any of these programs have that?

I'd say Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Photoshop.
Publisher has the templates and you could modify/create designs on Photoshop and just put it into the Publisher document.
