Back in the summer I had a Fitness plan of washing the car twice a week, hand waxing is great for upper body training too

Results were great.. girls love to stop and watch a hot guy out washing his BMW with just shorts on! then you spray them with the garden hose

Alezone, what did u do to keep cut and gain the weight??
Yea it's pretty hard, I don't do much cardial when I go to the gym since basketball kills a lot of fat already. I just do a lot of weight to get bigger... slower progress tho. And I'm cutting down the calories to get more cut. Actually it doesn't make sense to gain weight and cut at the same time.
