toning arms

hi,

I was wondering what you guys think the best method of toning your arms is. I have pretty big muscles (working at a place where I lift 90 lbs bags) but I want my arms to be toned more. should I just go with the many reps of lower weight? how much do you think I should use when I constantly lift 50 - 90 lbs bags daily?

I know this is random but thanks, Eric
