Feeler: m20 complete engine 110km's

I'm going to be picking a m20 with 110 on it. the mechanic says it's due for rings and such burns a little oil..

I dont really have anywhere to put it so I would like to pic it up and drop it off to someone..

Ottawa area only...

I'll be looking to get $200 bucks it will be - the oil cooler but that's all I need off it..

I also have a m20 block with 315km's on it if someone want to pic that up $40.

That's tempting, but why would it need rings at such low K's? Am I missing something?
