Snow Day
Well, it snowed last night, so that only meant one thing, it was time for me to put my stock wheels back on...... pay no attention to the dirty rims, it was way to cold for me to clean them. The pic quality is bad too cuz it was now dark and i had to brighten up the pic. Anyone else put their stock rims back on cuz of the snow?????

what do you mean by 'stock'?
For me my 'stock' rims are the OEM's that have summer treads on them. I put my winter setup on back in the first week of November though. Still trying to find a good time to take some pics, but will upload them when I get around to it.
Cheers,
Woodman

Thanks, I absolutely love them! They're replicas and I did manage to bend one of them and I started to think that I got crap. But I've driven over some HARSH bumps with no bends. On the other hand, I've heard of people bending 17" BBS wheels on nothing near what I've gone over. I also don't know if it's a testament to the straightness of the wheels or the awesome balancing job my shop did when I bought them but unlike other E34's I've been in, mine has NO vibrations or shimmies of any kind at any speed. The wheel/tire, bilstein sport and lowering spring combo does transmit every slight imperfection into the cabin so when I drive on the left lane in the collector of 401 west right after where 427 joins, I first thought I had cracked a wheel or something. But then I switched lanes and it went away.
I swear though, there has to be some focking limit on how big the holes in the road can be. Have you guys seen the shit on the 401 east express right before the 400 ramp? What the fock??? 1-2 foot in diameter holes, a good 4 inches deep??? WTF???
BigD
