I'd keep the car and lose the alarm but that's just me

That is crazy you pay all that money for a car and they can't even get the alarm to work properly!

Good thing he gave it back. He paid 126,000 for something that is not working. Which is almost $265,000 CDN. Put yourself in his shoes, and think for a second. If I had paid that much money for a car, and they took their sweet ass time to deliver the car to me, they might as well deliver the car with no problems. If they weren't able to fix the problems, don't deliver it at all, I am sure they were aware of the problems before they delivered it. And also, if I have paid that much money for a car, they better give me something better to drive while they are fixing my car, becuz if they gave me the keys to a diesel focus I'd shove those keys up their ass and tell them to give me back my money right away. Someone like Clarkson who has a lot of power in influencing people and getting his message out, should never ever take taht car back unless they gave him a very very good reason, and Ford should bend over upside down to make that man happy becuz I believe he can cost Ford alot of money.

Its just my 2 cents.

Ford will never build a proper reputation like this. I had two spark plugs just blow out of the cylinder heads randomly in my old Lightning, and I was pissed just as Clarkson is. All the money Ford makes means nothing unless they can get their shit together.

from the article, " it’s a great, great car that was ruined by a useless ape who fitted a crummy aftermarket alarm system." .. he also references being telephoned about his car being stolen, so it's some type of boomerang or equivelant.

interestingly, Jeremy Clarkson said in his column in the most recent TopGear magazine that he think the new M5 is better than F430, and is considering buy one.
