Raped by spyware......help :(

Bah, I just reformatted my computer yesterday, I have like nothing on it, and like 5+ spyware shit just isntalled themselves!!

Look at my programs:

If I remove them all, they ALL get re installed right after! And if I run Ad Aware or Spybot on them, it removes them but they just appear after restart! Any ideas?

Get Microsoft AntiSpyware. THen get Windows SP2 if you dont have.

Microsoft AntiSpyware its a resources eater. here is how to enter safe mod.

1.
You should print these instructions before continuing. They will not be available after you shut your computer down in step 2.

2.
Click Start and then click Shut Down.

3.
In the drop-down list of the Shut Down Windows dialog box, click Restart, and then click OK.

4.
As your computer restarts but before Windows launches, press F8.
On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press F8 when the boot menu appears.

5.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the appropriate safe mode option, and then press ENTER.

6.
If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot system, choose the installation that you need to access using the arrow keys, and then press ENTER.

1. Stop surfing porn sites, if you really need to surf well know shit.
2. Careful on the crack website, most ZIPs include trojans and spyware and also they trick you in downloading shit, BE CAREFUL READ EVERYTHING. Don't just click on YES for everything.
3. Install anti-virus, most spyware comes bundled with software, but sometimes its uploaded through hole in the browser.
4. Keep your shit up to date.

Follow that, and you wont get anything. I never had any of those spyware removal shit installed on my PC and I can guarantee that I dont have any. (except maybe some cookies)

Limeware does come with spyware, BUT.... When installing it, you have a choice of not installing it.

I got LimeWire installed, and its spyware free
