Ignoring the fact that the existence of a keylogger in dell laptops is extremely unlikely, just look at the url. What serious document would be located at wtf/lol.htm? Before you go and panic, why not try calling dell and see if you get the same answer as the guy who wrote that did.

i think it has something to do with the service tag. my computer can always recoginize it.. beats me from flipping it around to check it out.
