i remember reading that they aparantly use that car for any type of emergency deliveries for hospitals or police work on top of being used for highway patrol.

I think he's referring to delivering important, time-sensitive, packages...rather than people.

I saw a Golarado the other day at Riocan Hall (Famous players) as I was entering the loading dock to get to work.. sick car. They were trying to get it out of a garage.. I wish I had a camera
