i found a plate#
i found a plate # at bayview and ellesmere looks like from e 46 i foung this in front of buskin robbins

I saw a complete plate and frame with a BMW dealer name on it (forget which one) on Don Mills, just south of O'Connor on Friday. Maybe it's from the same car.
