2004 R6 Versus 1995 VR6

Was playing tag with a mid-90s Passat Vr6 down a four lane city street. I had just passed a slow driver in the slow lane and he followed behind me. Comes beside me in the other lane - we are both going about 70km/h. I look over, downshift a gear or two and BLASSST away up to about 140km/h

Then I slow down, and he catches up at the next traffic lights. I look over smiling at him, he has a big grin on his face, I give him the "thumbs up sign" and then he pulls a ****ing 30 foot smoking burnout!!!

ONly thing is - the light was still red! hahaha I just waited for the light and watched the burnout.

I know 3 or 4 vr6's in toronto that will give you a good run for your money if you're close to stock. The're all either close to, or above the 500whp mark.

I doubt any of them are 500 whp on the street. Most people don't drive around on race fuel.

JP's car put down 485whp @ 18psi. He now runs 20psi on the street.
hi-boost is getting a bigger turbo, and it make 470 on pump from what I remember(it's already beaten an R6).
Steve's car hasn't run in a while, but will also give it a good run.
And there was another vr I've heard about but I don't think he's on any of the forums, he was close to the 500whp mark as well.
