the first one has water inside the leans thats an automatic no

the second one would be alright if he lost the huge decal

the coupe looks tight

#1: I really dislike the one piece headlight on E36s
#2: Why do people put E46 M3 side grills on E36's? I can't stand it, it drives me nuts
#3: Not feeling the hood on the Mcoupe

yup. The condensation on the headlights tells you right there, they are quality pieces . And Im not feeling the wheels on the second one either, with the blue spokes.
