A friend of mine found out after several visits to the BMW dealership that if the windshield had been replaced by a non BMW shop there is a tendency of small wind leak. Have you replaced the windshield? Take it to a BMW dealership and have it checked. You may need to replace it with them.

My recommedations to avoid frustuations. I suggest you take the car into the dealership. I would have spent a lot of money going elsewhere. They would be able to tell you fast.

Here are the places where you would get wind noise from.
Not as frequently the windshield or the gasket at the top has really deteriorated. BMW will want to replace the windshield for this gasket but you could do it yourself for around $30.
The 95's may have lift pads underneath the car which pop out and noise travels up to the dash area. I don't think the 95's do though.
Most likely is the crappy sunroof gasket which is ~<$25USD which you can replace yourself also.
The way to check is to use tape and cover the windshield around the top and sides. Drive it.
Remove and tape up the sunroof and drive it. Most likely I would do the sunroof first.
