Certify and E-test HELP

Hey guys, i bought a Golf. I want to know if there are any good shops you guys know of in the GTA where i could bring it?
Also, my car is lowered to the floor, will it fail the certification for that?

If so, how much would it cost me to get a mechanic to raise it.

I'll post pictures of the car soon.

i think the rule is the lowest part of the car must be 4-6inches off the ground...something like that.
as for a shop...don't know.

Do u know by anychance, how much it would cost to raise it by a mechanic?
