RIM's SHOT. Can this still be repaired?

Im looking at buying a set of rims for cheap. Only problem is 1 rim is damaged.
Know a place who fixes rims? Is this fixable?

Nope. Can a good rim shop fabricate the missing piece is a nagging question in my mind.
Gotta find a shop that does I guess

Collision Networks (S/E of Hwy 7 & Jane) should be able to fix it.
905-669-1665
140 Doughton Rd.
See Steve Rotenberg

They do wheels all the time...BMW, Lambo, Porsche, Subaru, Lexus, and these are just some of the ones I've seen already finished. They look great.
