Guru to chop this house.

If there's a P-shop guru out there who has a little time on their hands, could you please chop this pic. (if you're really bored then a quicky on the second one would be appreciated as well)

It's a friends house, and I'm trying to convince him to build a deck in the front, and paint the brick. I think with this landscape software I have, I can add the deck and play with plants etc, but it would help if....

1) the front wall was removed of everything. bushes, ac/unit, porch and porch over-hang, and tractor. The front door can stay as well as the hanging plants etc.

2) the grey brick, was changed to an off-white, or even pure white is cool. (just that pure white is too sterile looking for me but good enough for what im doing. if possible keep texture of brick so it looks like the brick was painted)

On the second pic, the overlapping part from the first pic ie. porch, tractor, removed just like in the first pic, and brick same colour as the first pic. I have no idea how time consuming it is to make these changes, but if its a huge time hog, then even just a brick colour change would be awesome.

Thanks.
