Looking for write-up on running RCA's

As the title says i am looking for a write-up that would assist me in running RCA's from my head unit to the trunk (along with the trigger wire) in my e36.
Can anyone Help?

Zimmie u lazy bastard, just pull up those black pieces of plastic, to release teh carpet, and just slide the wires under there, it takes no more than 10 mins each.
