OK Its wrong that you can fit a M5 engine in a 1 series.
Seriously, you shouldn't be able to fit it in a 3 series. a 3 series should be smaller!!
and the 1 series is supposed to be the size of a e30 at least!!

You can fit almost any engine, into any engine bay with the right time, money and creativity. I've seen a 454 in an 85 hyundai pony, first-hand. Radim from Metalux Motorworx in 'ssauga did that swap, and even designed a set of huge ass front and rear fenders to allow 11" rims.
On a side note, Radim also fabbed a sprint, to run high 11's...nothing like being able to do a burnout in 4th gear on the highway.

BMW are idiots.
I'd buy one of those in an instant if they put those into production, and so would alot of other people.
The'd be able to sell them for 60G's and make a mint.
