In reality, inPro's are great for the price but they are not good for the quality (but then again, how many people really tear the light apart and do a side by side). The lighting is good and the Angels...well...they're not DDEs, but...
I'm working with a supplier that is interested in putting together a deal where you can buy the WHOLE thing shipped for $500 - but it's not with HIDs. I know that's potentially $100 less than the other guys and sounds too good to be true, but that's what we're calculating it to be.
Basically, ZKWs, pre-installed gen III DDEs, and shipping. The issue is not with DDEs, it's with getting a good deal on ZKWs. The Euro is killing everyone on this.
