When all our cars are done it'd be cool to hook up for a photoshoot with all blackedout bimmers... or just e36's. I know there are a few others on the board that are going for the blacked out look too...

I hope you decide to keep you wheels cause they look HOT with the setup. Keep it up man and be careful with that lip.

lip + mesh = huge improvement. now just get some tinted license plate covers.. that plate stands out way too much on a blacked out car. ... front end looks similar to mine now. I'll have to take some new pics soon.
blackedout_e36 : yeah I used to have sloping eyelids.. but they look silly during the day. (look great at night.. either with the headlights on, or with the angels on.. looks very mean!) .. now I have original wrap around upper eyelids. (abs plastic)... still looks OK at night. I want to do a mod to my hood when I take my car into the body shop to make it slope down over the headlights... but that won't be till next year at the earliest.

i wanted to do that mod with the hood a while ago when i started to shave my emblems an mouldings, after all the work that it took just to do that there was no way i was starting to do major work to the hood. My car was off the road for 3 weeks (my first time doing body work on my own) so i was anxious to get it back on the road.
Where did u get the sloping eyelids from?
Next time u snap some pics we can meet up an have a mini photoshoot

I wish I could keep them...they have been sold.
Two more months and then it's time to park my baby.

Rieger lip from Eurostyle. I know some people don't like his products, but I must say I have driven this lip over MANY speed bumps, end of the drive way and the fact that it sits 1" off the ground adds to it being a soldier. I don't know if I got lucky with this one lip (good quality) but I love it! If it can stand all that abuse, then it is for sure a great quality lip.
