rivet nut or nutsert gun

Hey, I need to borrow or possibly buy a rivet gun that can expand the rivets which go into the X-brace on the E36. Thanks

2 of them were completely in and 1 was loose but not falling out. Its just the one I have problems with. Plus the loose one will be difficult
