Need a winter car

I got about $2000 to spend on a winter car, but it would not totally be a beater, I might drive it in the summer sometimes too.

-minimal body rust
-around 200,000 km
-must be 5 spd.

I am looking for either a 325is (88-90) or a 535i.
I will need this car to drive to the subway and park it there.

Not in an absolute hurry.

my supercharger money... oh well next summer.
