Got the call: Dad's getting an X5 4.4i

Hey guys,
My dad just called to tell me he bought a new 2004 X5 4.4i fully loaded with activity, sports and premium packages with navi.
It's sterling grey on black and is supposed to arrive first week of August.
As for the mods (which I'm excited about), my dad has aggreed to Dinan tune it (performance engine software, performance automatic transmission software, high flow throttle body, free flow exhaust, high flow cold air intake, high flow air mass meter, high flow intake manifold, strut tower brace and maybe camber plates).
I know Dinan is expensive but what I originally wanted was to Hartge tune it but that's even more expensive...unless someone knows some connections to get the Hartge exhaust system which sounds amazing).
We'd also slap on some 20 or 22 inch rims.
We were thinking Hartge Classics, Hamann HM2, HRE (pricey!!) or any other suggestions you may have...
As for an aerokit, Hartge and Hamann both caught my attention, but the AC Schnitzer one doesn't look good at all.
Any suggestions would be very helpful!!
Thanks

...huh?
first of all, we're getting a deal on the Dinan stuff and PS..we're not gonna get all of it (it's just the possibilities)
the wheels are simply my ideas and whichever rims look good.
I'm pretty much asking maxbimmer what some good mods are...
o and another thing, my dad has had his old car for quite some time now (2.5 years) and it's time for a new one
thanks for the comment....not..
