Pulleys and grounding wires

I've got pulleys and grounding wires on my car but I'm not sure what exactly it is that they do. Do they add horsepower or do something else? Any help would be great!

Not sure about grounding wires and if they are any gains cant see how.

The under drive pulleys should free up some lost hp.

If the ones that you got underivces the power steering and water pump.

I use the UUC and you can feel a difference less drag and motor revs more freely above 4000rpm+

Pulleys reduce the spin of the accessories by using larger diameter pulleys than stock. Most of the time they are also heavier. The Eurosport are really nice ones that actually also reduce the weight. (www.sharked.com).

I can vouche for the grounding cables. They gave me about 30-50 extra kilometers on a gas tank (z3's only have 45ltr tanks).
