My suggestion, although I am not driving with you...

Go up Merivale all the way to Carling, (you got to turn right at the CJOH Building, because if you go straight Marivale becomes Maitland).
Cross over Baseline Rd and Carling Ave. and under the Quennsway you are then on Island Park Drive. Go north on Island Park to the Bridge to Quebec and onto the Island. There is usually lots of parking and an oportunity to take pictures with the Ottawa skyline in the background.

Then continue on the Ottawa River Parkway west untill it meets up on Carling again. Continue Carling west and maybe stop at the Britania bay (Andrew Haydon Park) for more photo optortunities. Then continue on Carling all the way out to Kanata where it ends. Turn left and it gets you back on the 417, go 5 min west and you are at the Corel Centre.

The Drivers meeting is planned for 9:30am but it may take untill 10:30 or so before the first car is on the course. This weekend is the first time we will use the new timing software. We are now able to have two cars on the course at the same time. There will be a Lunchbrake, so there is not too much point to arrive before 1:00 pm for you guys. Allthough Lunchbrake gives you an chance to look at the cars a bit closer. Otherwise it's very hectic in the pits.
