535i spuddering need help

Hey guys, my 535i is running really bad. It seems like it's missing. It idles bad and there is a huge power loss. I know i shouldn't but i need transportation so i've been driving it. It's especialy bad at lower RPMs and smooths out a little in higher rpm but is still shit
.
My fuel filter is new and I just changed my plugs, cap, rotor, oil?
I have a set of new wires on the way hopeing that they'll be the answer to my problems but I have my doubts.

Any ideas about what it could be.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Possible oxygen sensor, also check your compression.

M30 motors are not known to be smooth running engines.

were the plugs gapped properly? what plugs were used? did you check to see if all spark plug wires are connected properly? how is the timing? all hoses connected properly?

How is it idling?
How is the cars temp after a while? Is it overheating?

after that check your fuel pump I guess...
