Looking to buy a shifter

Stock, aftermarket, lit or not....just something nice for my e30. The one I got with the car is horrible.

Oh yeah, if anyone has an aftermarket parking brake boot, I'm looking for one of those as well

Car is a 90 325i

Thanks
Mike

Thanks for the info.
I was just looking for a regular shifter actually, but maybe I might do this swap.

Does the transmission need to be removed to install new bushings? Or is all the work done from inside the car?
Thanks again

tranny+motor have to be tipped back so you can get up and in there, its a shty job.You have to drop the exhaust, remove the heat sheild, transbrace, rad hoses if there too tight, unbolt the doughnut, way too much sht to do for such a small mod....just wait untill the bushings are shot, then do it....

Agreed.

Okay...does anyone have just the shifter knob for sale? Even if it's the original one I don't mind..I just have to get rid of the one I have right now...I can't stand it.

Thanks!
