2 Dinan Chips 4sale

I've got 2 DINAN Performance chips FOR SALE. These have been sitting in my drawer for a couple years now collecting dust. I have no use for these since I am running the 3.2 M3 motor and using different software.

The first chip (D900-2543) is designed for a 1992 BMW 325 WITHOUT VANOS. I believe there are two ECU Boxes for this year (402 & 403) .. I am not sure if this will work on both. I would call or email DINAN for specifics on this application.

The second chip (D900-2551) is designed for the 1993-1995 BMW 325 WITH VANOS. This goes with the 413 ECU without EWS.

For more information on applications or specifics on these chips just email or call DINAN and quote them the numbers on th chips (D900...). I am not too sure on the power gains but vagely remember them ranging in the 15-20hp range and similar torque figures.

I am going to ask for $100.00 for each.

Hey johnnybmer, I will take the one with vanos. I have to check the ECU because i have a '93 320i 6 cylinder and swaped it with a '94 325i. The guy i bought the engine from is not around anymore. Who would i talk to about getting the right information, any ideas???

Hey Shades,

If you are using an ECU out of a 94' 325 it is the 413 ECU. You can confirm this by looking at your computer box and you'll see a setring of numbers, the last three digits will be "413"

With this being the case, the chip will work on your car.

Johnnybmer,

Your ecu can be accessed through the engine bay on the passenger side firewall. I have attached a picture of an E36 engine bay (bimmersport's I believe) so you know where to look.

Hey bmer332i, i checked the DME and it's not the right one for my car. I still have the old DME in there Siemens 5WK9002 from the 320i engine. Sorry bro.
