Gas Pedal

Is there any way to remove the stock gas pedal and replace it so it using a swinging motion insted of the gay pedal. Do they make replacement pedal, or just those stupid covers.

Swinging motion on BMW is not allowed just like driving an e30 M3 in the winter isn't. But really I've never see such an option for the BMW. Anyway how would you hook up the swing motion pedal on the e30 or any BMW for that matter without having to weld something here and there. Furthermore, the wire attached to the underneath part of gas pedal would need to be rerouted or a pully system added.

On the back of the pedal itself is where it swings. The pedal acts as if it was being pushed, when really it is swinging the arm connected to the throttle cable. I know this because i have broke the damn thing twice now. The first time it broke right off and i had nothing but the arm to step on. This time the bottom of the pedal broke off the floor so it flops around all over the place.
