why didn't you guys get your money back? they outsourced their financial managment to a third party company. i called them up and told them that i haven't recieved any information on the product i ordered and they gave me a full refund.

Oh but i tried , they said they couldnt track my order and they couldnt give me any refund. anyway it was just 150 and it make me more pissed to have wait for the product for all that time , only to find out i have waited for nothing

If you paid with credit card, just call the company and do a chargeback

The CC card prob won't do Chargeback at this point. I think they have something like 30 days to claim it or something like that.
