hi guys

well, with the vortech supercharger setup, there are basically two different types of the supercharger available.

the the v1 setup, you dont need an intercooler, but with the v2 setup, it does require an intercooler.my m3, initially was fiited with the vortech v2 sc-trim supercharger which made about 400hp on the wheels.

i kept breaking the cog belt and my tuner then changed the unti to the more powerful t-trim unit, which too, can handle much higher boost.

the s50 motor on my car is the 3.0 l motor. in south africa, we received the 2 door m3 as a german spec model and it was onlt available on the market for three years. south africa was about the only country to have the m3 evolution come out in a four door. this was particularly due to the fact that when they launched the m3 evo, bmw s.a felt that the price was a bit stiff for the south african market and hence they just brough over the 3.2 s52 motors and had them fitted into the four door bodies, with the m3 kits kits of course.

i have a few pics here which i sourced from saracing and posted on the m3forum.com some time back.

here is a few.btw if any of you guys want to come over to s.a, let me know, i'd be more than happy to have you over as my guests and i will take you to the south african race tracks etc.

btw, as for the t66, well i currently have started on another m3 project, i'm looking at a 9 sec car.

will post some pics here soon too. guys please join my forum too and let us all know what you think of our south african car too.

my forum is http://nitropower.iboardplus.com

in europe they had 3.0l and 3.2l Sedans M3s.
in US they only had 3.2l(US SPEC) Sedans M3s

Phazer, we got everything that you listed, except 316i

and all M Roadster and Coupe from 2001+ had S54B32 (e46 m3) engine.

the times were actualy not to bad seeing it was 36 degrees celsuis, and not one of the cars ran their best times, some were even a second of their best times and still running a 13.1, like the turbo 365 whp M42 whos best is a 12 flat, I am just glad the E30 is starting up in SA. We should meet up next time YOur racing or is in the pta region, drop me a PVT message next time YOur in pta
