Yeah that's the word I was looking for shroud. Hopefully I just need a new fan and not engine mounts because mounts sound expensive. I forgot to add I noticed shavings around the rear (part closest to engine) of the fan. My shroud is partially hanging off except for the clips on the side which are holding it intact. So I think the part(s) that connect the fan to the engine are worn.

My dad seems like he wants to help me fix it which is a big suprise. I told him the radiator would have to go for me to replace the parts connecting the fan to the engine. He says disconnect clips on shroud, bolts on the parts the belts are connected to, the bolts on the connecting part of the fan and engine will permit me to resolve the problem.

It would be nice to do it myselft but I don't want future problems.
