If not, you probably still have a chance, just because of the fact that she made that statement, "I didn't see you"

I was involved in a simila case, I was a witness to a simmilar situation, and they guy won.

Don't listen to people who say "just fix it and get on with it" cause that s abuch of bull shit, what if you hit the tree and was paralised from the neck down?, cah you fix that? NO.

so If I were you, I would go to a mechanic, get an estimate of the damages, and sue her for that, make sure you tell the Judge about the statement she made, trust me she will break under preasure and might even just settle out of court.

don't let these people get away with this shit.

I might be wrong but I don't think that she can use the person riding with her as a witness. I think it has to be someone not connected to the accident.
