Interior panel removal: '99 E36 Cab

Does anyone know where to pull and tug to get the rear side panels out to access a blown speaker?

The dealer (will remain unnamed) went to great lengths to explain how I 1st needed a special tool to remove the headrests (bull), and how most of the rear interior had to be removed with special tools. Since this was a many hour job that was quite difficult, it would be best if I just let them do it!

If anyone ever needs to do this, it turns out that the panel insert simply slides forward and pops out. No clips, nothing breaks, no special tools. Total time to complete <10 seconds!!!

Hard to find good (honest) mechanics these days!
