Well I don't have a car yet lol but I have bought for an E30 325i:

White gauges with a higher reading on the tach
an M badge on the tach
reads 260 on the speedo
and light up red

Clear chrome sidemarkers like the ones on the E36, im gonna put these on once I do a body kit

and clear bulbs for front turn signals

I'm probably getting the shocks and springs off of my dad's M3 when he buys new ones this spring (this will lower the car about 35mm I've heard)
I'm gonna wait till I buy a 325i before I buy anthing else though

Cool "Baby's" Modifications

Modifications:

VAC Motorsports
External oil cooler (thermostat controlled)
Port & polish heads, valve seats
Upsized injectors
105mm Throttle Body & Air Flow Sensor
Dyno tuning.

The cylinder head work by VAC Motorsports was worth the wait. The gains in performance are substantial, especially in the middle of the RPM range. To anyone seeking performance gains in the BMW V8 motor, I recommend VAC Motorsports.

DINAN
Dinan Hi Perf MAF w/Stage 4 engine software
Dinan transmission software programming
Dinan Stage 1 brake system
Dinan Stage 1 suspension (30mm lower)
Dinan 3.15:1 differential
Dinan/K&N CAI
Dinan Cat-Back exhaust
Note: Dinan mods by Devon Hill BMW

OTHER MODS:
Bavarian Autosport strut tower brace
Bosch Xenon HID system
Catz H3 fog lamps
Euro (clear) corners & side markers from Bavarian Autosport
BMW 22 mm. (740i Sport) Anti-sway bar
BMW Composite 18x8" front & 18x9" wheels rear
Dunlop SP 9000 tires, 255/45/ZR18 fr. & 285/40/ZR18 rr.

On order for installation in January 2002:
S6S420G Getrag 6 Speed Transmission
E31 280mm clutch & VAC Motorsports custom light weight aluminum flywheel
B&M Shifter
ESS Supercharger
355mm x 32mm Brembo Brakes
13mm (Eastern European spec) Rear anti-sway bars.

I plan on making it REALLY tough to pass me.

Baby was dynoed and timed (1/4 mi.) before we started to mod her. She turned 15.1 @ 94 mph, and her run on a Mustang Dyno had her at 222 rwHP & 242 ftlb.

We plan on a dyno run in between the supercharger and the 6 Speed to see the difference between the automatic transmission and the manual transmission. There will be a final dyno run when all is said & done. (gotta have the numbers for the bragging rights )

As far as compression, we are planning on 7 lbs. boost until the bugz get worked out. (no one has blown and converted a 7 before). ESS does offer a Stage 2 (intercooler, dished pistons, cams, etc.) unit in Europe, but I want to take it one step at a time. Being married with kidz, means having to watch where the $$ goes. Most wives get "funny" about dropping large $$ into engine mods.

So the Stage 2 stuff will probably be done in 2003, assuming the mods we are doing this month hold up well.
