Who in their sane mind would go and spend $15K on mods for the car thats already worth around $15K then sell it for only $17K? Its already pretty obvious that there is something wrong with the car. Also, the car probably has no M3 stuff, the mirrors, the side skirts, the moldings are all stock! Check for the stupid M3 valve cover, thats probably all it is. Didn't you know BMW made a limited edition V6?! 
I also saw that car in the AutoTrader numerous times.. Julian, Denys and I laughed at it everytime we saw it.
