blower problem
I have a.t.i. procharger with 3.5 psi(until I get my computer reprogram)it seems like the impeller became very hot and it became twisted,still working but lost 1 psi,anyone heard something about that problem????

I have never heard of an A.T.I. blower, do you have anymore info on it.

Your impellar twisted?, immmmpossible, the tolerances between the impellar and the casing are like within .010" which is like 4 human hairs, if the impellar twisted  you would definately hear some metal to metal rubbing.
AS for your pressure drop, have you checked everywhere for leaks? including the plumbing for your boost gauge(I'm assuming you have one)?

heh.. i know it sounds dumb.. but.. are you sure the impellar isn't meant to look like it does

yes it s like it s been too hot and the impeler twisted,one blade broken the other twisted.!!!

if it's got a broken blade, then buy a new impellar, and get a rebuild kit while you're at it (might as well rebuild it if you're going to open it up)

It s just weird that it hapenned with only 4 psi,filter is ok no leak,anyway I can put a picture????how???
