Time for a clutch

My clutch has been on the way out for a while now. I thought i could baby it through winter but now Im getting this grinding/moaning sound when i dpress my clutch pedal which leads me to believe that my throw out bearing is now toast. So this is the time to do the whole clutch and the bits and pieces that go with it.

What im wondering is; could i put the components from the e36 m3 in my car(94 325iS sports pkg) or should i just go with the OEM replacement...

can anyone guide me in the right direction on what components to use.

I beleive you can use the ///M3 components but I think you might have to use the flywheel as well, I'm not 100% sure.
