how does the light come through if they're stainless steel? Are the numbered machined out with a blue tint behind or something?

I thought on a e30 the light was reflected up into it?.not from behind

nm, i'm still in e36 mode, I don't know how the e30 gauge backlight works.

Nowhere did I imply that it would make my car any better. I just like them. If everyone liked the same stuff we would all be driving the same cars

I can relate to that bud. It could look pretty sweet on your ride. I just pictured those on my car and gave it the thumbs down. If you go for the brushed aluminum look all over it will be sic for sure.

I like since i have polished pedals, shifter, ebrake and sills.I agree on some rides it would look terrible. Never know it may look bad on mine.I havent decided. I may go with the white or grey instead.
